At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to on going pandemics. All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange at the moment.

Orders/Shipping 

Please allow 5-10 business day for your order to be shipped. Delivery time will be estimated depending on your selected shipping method. 

Alma The Label is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing we can contact our shipping carrier to track information but we cannot be held responsible for those packages. 

We currently only offer US shipping.
